Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply to the AI Heroes app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using the app you agree to both.

The game

AI Heroes is a single-player story game. Scenes, images and characters are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, strange or not to your taste. They are fiction and are not advice of any kind.

Your conduct

You must be at least 13 years old. Don't use the game to create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing, that targets real people, or that infringes others' rights. Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.

AI Heroes Pro

• AI Heroes Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Gold

Gold is a virtual item used in the game (for example, to paint scene art). It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and is non-refundable except where required by law.

Content

You may use the stories you create for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app, its adventures, artwork and branding remain ours.

Availability and liability

The game is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or end features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Questions: see the support page.
